OH YES SPRITING SOMETHING I CAN GIVE SUGGESTIONS ON YIPPEE

Well, it looks like your grays have three shades, along with your pinks and reds. However, the tanish arms, muzzles, and inner ears, along with the yellow bracelets and white gloves, have four shades, including the black outline. I recommend picking either three or four shades, and sticking with it. In addition, because you are using colored outlines for the gray, pink, and red, then I recommend also doing so for the tan, yellow, and white. Then there's the shoes, which I don't know how to fit in. Then again, that's more of a problem with Amy's shoes to begin with, but it's just something to think about. Overall though...this is a good first step. Keep at it.
Also, at the front of the red dress, the outline changes from a dark red to black. I'd recommend changing that to dark red as well for consistency's sake.

Yeah, usually having a black outline's not a good idea.

Also, don't use complete pure white for anything involving sprites.

I'm too lazy to fix my own mistake of that. It's better to prevent than change.

Like what Syo said, it's a good start.
